Defence and security work changes the constraints rather than the construction. The concrete, steel and earthworks are familiar; what differs is that the site is controlled, the personnel are screened, the drawings are protected, and the specification is written for a structure that has to perform under conditions no commercial building is designed for.
We deliver hardened and blast-resistant structures, secure operational and communications facilities, perimeter security and access control, vehicle maintenance and storage compounds, and the remote camps and supporting infrastructure that make an installation habitable and self-sufficient.
Much of this work is in locations where nothing arrives quickly. Our remote delivery capability — barge, winter road and air logistics, self-contained camps, and independent power, water and waste systems — is what allows a project to hold schedule several hundred kilometres from the nearest supplier, in a season that may close without warning.

Hardened structures: Blast-resistant and ballistic-rated construction, protective barriers, berms and reinforced enclosures.
Secure facilities: Operations, communications and storage buildings with shielding, compartmentalisation and controlled-access requirements.
Perimeter & access control: Fencing, vehicle barriers, guardhouses, entry control points and integrated detection systems.
Vehicle & equipment facilities: Maintenance shops, hangars, wash facilities, fuelling infrastructure and hardstand compounds for heavy fleets.
Remote camps & infrastructure: Accommodation, kitchens, water treatment, wastewater systems, independent power generation and airstrip or access-road works.
Cleared workforce: Personnel are screened and cleared to the level the contract requires, with site access logged and controlled throughout.
Controlled information: Drawings and project data are handled under the contract's information-security requirements, on approved systems only.
Remote logistics: Barge, winter road, ice road and air freight are planned around the seasonal windows that govern whether material arrives at all.
Self-sufficient operations: Camps, fuel, power, water and maintenance travel with the crew, so productivity does not depend on local supply.
Operational coordination: Work is sequenced around the installation's activities and security posture, which take precedence over the construction schedule.
Government contracting: Delivery under federal and defence procurement frameworks with the required bonding, insurance and reporting.
Security screening: Personnel and organisational screening maintained current for the duration of the contract.
Specification compliance: Construction to defence and protective-design standards with documented verification at every hold point.
Environmental stewardship: Spill prevention, fuel handling, waste management and site reclamation to the standards these often-sensitive locations require.
