Municipal utility work is unforgiving in a way surface construction is not: it is deep, it is wet, it runs through streets that people still need to use, and the consequence of getting it wrong is a service failure under someone else's finished road. We build the buried networks that carry water, wastewater and stormwater, together with the pump stations, reservoirs and treatment structures that operate them.

Excavation below grade is treated as the primary hazard on every one of these projects. Trench protection is engineered for the ground actually encountered, groundwater is controlled by dewatering or ground freezing where conditions demand, and existing utilities are located and daylighted before the first bucket of soil is moved.

Our heavy earthworks capability supports the same clients at a different scale: site preparation, bulk excavation, containment berms, ponds and reclamation, with the fleet and survey control to move large volumes accurately and to prove where every cubic metre went.

Water distribution: Watermains, service connections, valves, hydrants, chambers and pressure-reducing installations.

Testing & acceptance: Pressure testing, disinfection, CCTV inspection and deflection testing are completed and documented before surfaces are restored.
Municipal specifications: Work conforms to the governing municipal servicing standards and the owner's supplementary conditions.
Excavation safety: Full compliance with provincial excavation regulations, with competent-person inspection of every open excavation.
Potable water protection: Disinfection, flushing and bacteriological clearance are completed to standard before any main is placed in service.
Environmental controls: Sediment and erosion control, dewatering discharge quality and spill response are managed under an approved plan.
